Augustine House

Mike Otlet led the structural design of new 12,000m², four storey building. Completed in 2009 the teaching and library areas are connected by link bridges across a central atrium leading to a 500 seat multi-purpose hall. The exposed concrete frame is used for thermal mass and the piles for geo-thermal energy.
