Mike Otlet and Mike Stephens undertook the structural design of the new 14,000m2, five storey office completed in 2009. Located on a brownfield site, the project required extensive contamination analysis to ensure the economical disposal of excavated soil and basement protection measures. Post tensioned concrete flat slabs were used to maximise the floor to floor heights.
